27 గ్రామపంచాయతీల్లో కొత్త పనుల ప్రారంభం

స్థానిక అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా 318 అభివృద్ధి పనులు
కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ మార్గదర్శకాల మేరకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రవేశపెట్టిన ‘వికసిత్ భారత్్ గ్యారెంటీ ఫర్ రోజ్గార్ అండ్ ఆజీవిక మిషన్-గ్రామీణ్ (VBGRAM-G)’ కార్యక్రమాన్ని ఉంగుటూరు మండలంలో గురువారం ఘనంగా ప్రారంభించారు. మండలంలోని 27 గ్రామపంచాయతీల్లో ఈ పథకం కింద కొత్త అభివృద్ధి పనులకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి మండల పరిషత్ అధ్యక్షురాలు గంట శ్రీలక్ష్మి, అసిస్టెంట్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ డైరెక్టర్ నిర్మల జ్యోతి ముఖ్య అతిథులుగా హాజరై శ్రామికులకు పథకం లక్ష్యాలు, ప్రయోజనాలను వివరించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎంపీడీవో జి.ఆర్. మనోజ్ మాట్లాడుతూ :
వీబీజీఆర్ఏఎం-జీ పథకం ద్వారా ఇప్పటివరకు ఉన్న 100 రోజుల ఉపాధిని 125 రోజులకు పెంచుతున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. రోజువారీ కూలీని రూ.307 నుంచి రూ.312కు పెంచడంతో పాటు పనుల అమలులో పారదర్శకతకు మరింత ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తున్నట్లు చెప్పారు. స్థానిక రైతులకు ఉపయోగపడే అభివృద్ధి పనులకు అధిక ప్రాధాన్యం కల్పిస్తామని పేర్కొన్నారు.
వ్యవసాయ పనుల సీజన్లో రైతులకు కూలీల కొరత తలెత్తకుండా సంవత్సరంలో రెండు విడతలుగా మొత్తం 60 రోజుల పాటు శ్రామికులకు సెలవులు కల్పించే వెసులుబాటు ఈ పథకంలో ఉందని వివరించారు. మండలంలో మొత్తం 318 అభివృద్ధి పనులను గుర్తించి, వాటిని నాలుగు విభాగాలుగా విభజించి గ్రామాల అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా అమలు చేస్తున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఉపాధి హామీ శ్రామికులు, ఫీల్డ్ అసిస్టెంట్లు, టెక్నికల్ అసిస్టెంట్లు (టీఏలు), ఏపీఓలు, సంబంధిత అధికారులు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

The Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar and Aajeevika
Mission–Grameen (VBGRAM-G) programme, introduced by the State Government in
accordance with the guidelines of the Central Government, was formally launched across Unguturu Mandal on Thursday. As part of the initiative, new development works were inaugurated in all 27 Gram Panchayats under the mandal.
Mandal Parishad President Ganta Srilakshmi and Assistant Project Director Nirmala Jyothi attended the programme as chief guests and explained the objectives and benefits of the scheme to the workers.
Speaking on the occasion, MPDO G.R. Manoj said :
Under the VBGRAM-G scheme, the existing employment guarantee has been enhanced from 100 days to 125 days. The daily wage has also been increased from ₹307 to ₹312, while greater emphasis will be placed on ensuring transparency in the implementation of works.
He stated that priority would be given to development works that directly benefit local farmers. To prevent labour shortages during the agricultural season, the scheme provides workers with 60 days of leave each year, to be availed in two phases.
The MPDO further informed that 318 development works have been identified across the mandal. These works have been classified into four categories and will be implemented according to the specific needs of each village.
Employment guarantee workers, Field Assistants, Technical Assistants (TAs), Assistant Programme Officers (APOs), and other concerned officials participated in the launch programme.
