పదవీ బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించి ఏడాది పూర్తయిన సందర్భంగా.. సంస్థ చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు, రైతు సంక్షేమ చర్యలను డిసిఎంఎస్ చైర్మన్ చాగంటి మురళీకృష్ణ విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో తెలిపారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ :
రైతులకు నాణ్యమైన ఎరువులను అత్యంత తక్కువ ధరలకు అందించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో డీసీఎంఎస్ నిరంతరం కృషి చేస్తోందని, దాదాపు రూ.13 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో ఎరువుల తయారీ సంస్థల నుంచి నేరుగా ఎరువులను కొనుగోలు చేసి, మధ్యవర్తులు లేకుండా రైతులకు సరఫరా చేస్తున్నామని, ఈ విధానం ద్వారా ఎంఆర్పీ ధరల కంటే తక్కువ ధరలకు ఎరువులను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకువచ్చి రైతులకు ఆర్థిక భారం తగ్గిస్తున్నామని పేర్కొన్నారు.
అదేవిధంగా డీసీఎంఎస్లో పనిచేస్తున్న 15 మంది ఉద్యోగులను తన హయాంలో రెగ్యులరైజ్ చేసినట్లు తెలిపారు. ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమంతో పాటు సంస్థ బలోపేతానికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తున్నామని అన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు, మంత్రి అచ్చం నాయుడు, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ రాష్ట్ర ప్రజల అభ్యున్నతి కోసం అంకితభావంతో పనిచేస్తున్నారని కొనియాడారు. వారి స్ఫూర్తితో తాను కూడా డీసీఎంఎస్ అభివృద్ధి, రైతుల సంక్షేమం, సహకార రంగ బలోపేతం కోసం కృషి చేస్తున్నట్లు చాగంటి మురళీకృష్ణ తెలిపారు. రైతులకు మరింత మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించేందుకు భవిష్యత్తులో కూడా పలు సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను చేపట్టనున్నట్లు చైర్మన్ మురళీకృష్ణ తెలిపారు.
Fertilizers Distributed to Farmers at Affordable Prices

Marking the completion of one year since assuming office, DCMS Chairman Chaganti Muralikrishna addressed a press conference and highlighted the organization’s development initiatives and farmer welfare measures undertaken during his tenure.
Speaking on the occasion, he said :
DCMS has been continuously striving to provide farmers with quality fertilizers at the lowest possible prices. With an expenditure of nearly ₹13 crore, the organization has been procuring fertilizers directly from manufacturing companies and supplying them to farmers without the involvement of intermediaries.
He stated that this direct procurement model has enabled DCMS to make fertilizers available at prices lower than the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), thereby reducing the financial burden on farmers.
He further informed that 15 employees working in DCMS were regularized during his tenure. Emphasizing the importance of employee welfare alongside institutional strengthening, he said the organization remains committed to both objectives.
Mr. Muralikrishna praised.. N. Chandrababu Naidu, Kinjarapu Atchannaidu, and Pawan Kalyan for their dedicated efforts toward the welfare and development of the people of the state.
Drawing inspiration from their leadership, he said he is committed to the development of DCMS, the welfare of farmers, and the strengthening of the cooperative sector. He also assured that several more welfare initiatives would be undertaken in the future to provide better services and support to farmers.
