కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం రెండేళ్ల పాలనలో చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలపై ప్రజల్లో సంతృప్తి వ్యక్తమవుతోందని జిల్లా టీడీపీ అధ్యక్షుడు, ఏలూరు ఎమ్మెల్యే బడేటి చంటి అన్నారు. బుధవారం 6వ డివిజన్ సుంకర వారి తోటలో నిర్వహించిన ‘రెండేళ్ల నమ్మకం–అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమం’ ఇంటింటి ప్రచారంలో ఆయన పాల్గొన్నారు. ఇంటింటికీ వెళ్లి ప్రజల సమస్యలు తెలుసుకుని, కూటమి ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల వివరాలతో కూడిన కరపత్రాలను పంపిణీ చేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎమ్మెల్యే చంటి మాట్లాడుతూ :
కూటమి పాలనపై ప్రజాభిప్రాయం తెలుసుకోవడంతోపాటు వారి సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని, విజ్ఞతతో ఆలోచించే ప్రజలను అబద్ధాలతో మభ్యపెట్టడం వైసీపీ నేతలకు సాధ్యం కాదన్నారు. ఎన్నికల సమయంలోనే కాకుండా రెండేళ్ల పాలన తర్వాత కూడా ప్రజాక్షేత్రంలో ధైర్యంగా నిలిచామని ల్, స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికల్లో ఓటు అడిగే నైతిక హక్కు కూటమికే ఉందని బడేటి చంటి పేర్కొన్నారు.
People Will Judge Two Years of Coalition Government, Says Eluru MLA Chanti
Eluru MLA and TDP Eluru district president Badeti Chanti said on Wednesday that the people were expressing satisfaction over the development and welfare initiatives undertaken by the coalition government during its first two years in office.
Addressing residents during a door-to-door campaign organised under the theme “Two Years of Trust – Development and Welfare” at Sunkara Vari Thota in the city’s 6th Division, Mr. Chanti interacted with households and enquired about their civic issues. He also distributed pamphlets detailing various welfare and development programmes implemented by the coalition government.
Mr. Chanti said the campaign was aimed at assessing public opinion on the government’s performance as well as identifying local issues requiring immediate attention. He assured residents that their grievances would be taken up with the concerned authorities for necessary action.
The MLA said people were capable of making informed judgments and alleged that attempts by YSR Congress Party leaders to mislead them through what he termed “false propaganda” would not succeed.
He said the coalition leaders had the confidence to face the people not only during elections but also after completing two years in office. Mr. Chanti asserted that the coalition parties had earned the moral right to seek the people’s mandate in the forthcoming local body elections on the basis of their governance and development record.
He further said the government would continue to focus on public welfare and development while remaining accessible to citizens and responsive to their concerns.
