అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి మార్షల్ ఆర్ట్స్ పోటీల్లో ఏలూరుకు చెందిన అక్షరా స్కూల్ విద్యార్థులు ప్రతిభ చాటారు. హైదరాబాద్ వేదికగా నిర్వహించిన 2వ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ మార్షల్ ఆర్ట్స్ ఛాంపియన్షిప్–2026లో అద్భుత ప్రదర్శన కనబరిచి బంగారు, వెండి పతకాలను సాధించారు.
ఆగస్టు 2న హైదరాబాద్ చంపాపేట్లోని లక్ష్మీ గార్డెన్స్లో జరిగిన ఈ అంతర్జాతీయ పోటీల్లో యంగ్ మార్షల్స్ సెల్ఫ్ డిఫెన్స్ అకాడమీ తరఫున అక్షరా స్కూల్ విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొన్నారు. వివిధ విభాగాల్లో ప్రతిభ కనబరిచిన ఆర్. తత్వజ్ఞ (8) బంగారు పతకాన్ని, కె. తేజస్ (11) వెండి పతకాన్ని సాధించారు. చిన్న వయసులోనే అంతర్జాతీయ వేదికపై రాణించి పతకాలు సాధించడం ద్వారా వీరు ఏలూరు ఖ్యాతిని మరింత ఇనుమడింపజేశారు.
ఎమ్మెల్యే అభినందనలు :
విద్యార్థుల విజయంపై ఏలూరు ఎమ్మెల్యే, జిల్లా తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అధ్యక్షులు బడేటి చంటి హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. చిన్నారులు బాల్య దశ నుంచే క్రీడా రంగంలో క్రమశిక్షణ, పట్టుదలతో శిక్షణ పొందుతూ అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయిలో ప్రతిభ కనబరచడం ఏలూరుకు గర్వకారణమని పేర్కొన్నారు. విజేతలకు అభినందనలు తెలియజేస్తూ, భవిష్యత్తులో మరిన్ని విజయాలు సాధించాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు.
విద్యార్థులకు యాజమాన్యం అభినందనలు :
అక్షరా స్కూల్ ప్రిన్సిపల్ అర్చన చౌదరి, కరస్పాండెంట్ సురేందర్ విజేతలను అభినందించారు. విద్యార్థుల ప్రతిభను ప్రోత్సహిస్తూ, వారికి అవసరమైన సహకారం అందించిన తల్లిదండ్రులను కూడా అభినందించారు.
అలాగే విద్యార్థులకు క్రమశిక్షణతో కూడిన శిక్షణ అందిస్తూ అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయిలో రాణించేలా తీర్చిదిద్దిన యంగ్ మార్షల్స్ సెల్ఫ్ డిఫెన్స్ అకాడమీ సీనియర్ మాస్టర్ ఆర్. వేణుగోపాల్ శ్రీనివాస్, మాస్టర్ సాయి కుమార్ కృషిని పాఠశాల యాజమాన్యం ప్రత్యేకంగా ప్రశంసించింది.
చిన్నారుల ఈ విజయం అక్షరా స్కూల్, యంగ్ మార్షల్స్ సెల్ఫ్ డిఫెన్స్ అకాడమీకే కాకుండా ఏలూరు జిల్లాకే గర్వకారణమని నిర్వాహకులు పేర్కొన్నారు. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో మరిన్ని జాతీయ, అంతర్జాతీయ పోటీల్లో పాల్గొని ఏలూరుకు మరింత పేరు తీసుకురావాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు.
Eluru students win gold, silver at International Martial Arts Championship
Students of Akshara School in Eluru have brought laurels to the district by winning gold and silver medals at the 2nd International Martial Arts Championship–2026 held in Hyderabad.
The championship was conducted on August 2 at Lakshmi Gardens in Champapet, Hyderabad. The students participated in the international event representing the Young Marshals Self Defence Academy and showcased their skills in various martial arts disciplines.
R. Tatwajna, 8, won a gold medal, while K. Tejas, 11, secured a silver medal in their respective categories. Their performances at the international-level competition were widely appreciated, with the young athletes bringing recognition to Eluru through their achievements.
MLA congratulates winners
Eluru MLA and TDP district president Baddeti Chanti congratulated the students on their achievement. He said it was a matter of pride for Eluru that young children were taking up sports at an early age and demonstrating discipline, determination and talent at international competitions.
He congratulated the medal winners and wished them greater success in future national and international sporting events.
School management lauds students :
Akshara School principal Archana Chowdary and correspondent Surender congratulated the students on their achievement. They also appreciated the parents for encouraging and supporting the children in pursuing martial arts.
The school management acknowledged the efforts of Young Marshals Self Defence Academy senior master R. Venugopal Srinivas and master Sai Kumar for providing disciplined training and helping the students compete successfully at the international level.
The school management said the achievement of the young martial artists was a matter of pride not only for Akshara School and the Young Marshals Self Defence Academy but also for Eluru district. It expressed confidence that the students would continue to excel in national and international competitions and bring further recognition to the district.
