పురపాలక సంఘ కార్యాలయంలో సోమవారం “ప్రజా సమస్యల పరిష్కార వేదిక” (PGRS) కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ ఎం. యేసుబాబు ప్రజల నుండి నేరుగా అర్జీలను స్వీకరించి వారి సమస్యలు తెలుసుకున్నారు. మంచినీటి సరఫరా, డ్రైనేజీ, రోడ్లు, వీధి దీపాలు, ఇంటి పన్ను, జనన-మరణ ధృవపత్రాలు తదితర అంశాలపై ప్రజలు వినతి పత్రాలు అందజేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా కమిషనర్ మాట్లాడుతూ :
ప్రతి సోమవారం నిర్వహించే PGRS కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రజలు సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలని కోరారు. వచ్చిన ప్రతి ఫిర్యాదును రిజిస్టర్లో నమోదు చేసి, సంబంధిత అధికారులకు పంపి నిర్ణీత గడువులోగా పరిష్కరించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. సమస్య పరిష్కారం కాకపోతే తన దృష్టికి తీసుకురావాలని సూచించారు.
ఫిర్యాదుదారులు టోల్ ఫ్రీ నెంబర్ 1064 కు కాల్ చేసి కూడా తమ సమస్యలు తెలియజేయవచ్చని తెలిపారు.
CENSUS-2027పై కమిషనర్ విజ్ఞప్తి :
జనగణన-2027 మొదటి దశలో భాగంగా ఇంటింటి జాబితా, ఇళ్ల లెక్కింపు కార్యక్రమం జరుగుతుందని కమిషనర్ తెలిపారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమం కోసం నియమించబడిన ఎన్యూమరేటర్లు, సూపర్వైజర్లు ప్రతి ఇంటికి వచ్చినప్పుడు ప్రజలు సహకరించాలని కోరారు. కుటుంబ సభ్యుల వివరాలు, ఇంటి వివరాలు అడిగినప్పుడు సరైన సమాచారం ఇవ్వాలని, ఎలాంటి అపోహలకు గురికావద్దని సూచించారు. మీరు ఇచ్చిన ప్రతి సమాచారం పూర్తిగా గోప్యంగా ఉంచబడుతుందని, కేవలం గణాంకాల ప్రయోజనం కోసం మాత్రమే వినియోగిస్తామని స్పష్టం చేశారు. తప్పుడు సమాచారం ఇవ్వడం, సిబ్బందికి సహకరించకపోవడం చట్టరీత్యా నేరమని హెచ్చరించారు.
స్వచ్ఛ సర్వేక్షన్-2026పై పౌరులకు పిలుపు:
కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిర్వహించే స్వచ్ఛ సర్వేక్షన్-2026లో తాడేపల్లిగూడెం పట్టణాన్ని జాతీయ స్థాయిలో ప్రథమ స్థానంలో నిలపడమే లక్ష్యమని కమిషనర్ తెలిపారు. దీని కోసం పౌరుల భాగస్వామ్యం చాలా అవసరమని చెప్పారు. ప్రతి పౌరుడు తమ మొబైల్ నుండి SS-2026 App లేదా *Swachhata-MoHUA App ద్వారా తమ అమూల్యమైన ఫీడ్బ్యాక్ను నమోదు చేయాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. *”నా చెత్త – నా బాధ్యత”* అనే నినాదంతో తడి చెత్త, పొడి చెత్త వేరు చేసి ఇవ్వాలని, ప్లాస్టిక్ నిషేధాన్ని పాటించాలని, బహిరంగ ప్రదేశాల్లో చెత్త వేయవద్దని కోరారు. పారిశుధ్య కార్మికులకు సహకరించాలని, పట్టణాన్ని స్వచ్ఛ సుందర తాడేపల్లిగూడెంగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ కృషి చేయాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మున్సిపల్ ఇంజనీర్ వెంకటరమణ, మేనేజర్ రవి, సుధాకర్, స్వర్ణ గ్రామం స్వర్ణ వార్డు మేనేజర్ నాగరాజు, అసిస్టెంట్ సిటీ ప్లానర్ సీతారామ్, టౌన్ ప్లానింగ్ ఆఫీసర్ జగదీశ్వర రావు, రెవెన్యూ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ అశోక్ కుమార్ పాల్గొన్నారు.
Tadepalligudem Municipality launches weekly public grievance redressal drive
Commissioner urges citizen cooperation on Census and Swachh Survekshan
The Tadepalligudem Municipality on Monday inaugurated its weekly “Public Grievance Redressal Platform” (PGRS) at the municipal office, with Municipal Commissioner M. Yesubabu personally receiving petitions from residents.
Citizens submitted grievances covering drinking water supply, drainage, road repairs, street lights, house tax, and birth-death certificates. Commissioner Yesubabu assured that every complaint would be registered, forwarded to concerned authorities, and resolved within a stipulated timeframe. “Residents should make full use of this Monday-to-Monday program. If problems remain unresolved, approach me directly,” he said. Citizens can also register complaints via toll-free number 1064.
Census-2027 awareness drive :
Commissioner Yesubabu highlighted the upcoming first phase of Census-2027, which includes door-to-door enumeration and house counting. He urged residents to cooperate with appointed enumerators and supervisors, provide accurate family and housing details, and dispel any misconceptions. “All information shared will remain completely confidential and used only for statistical purposes,” he emphasized. He warned that providing false information or refusing to cooperate is punishable under the law.
Swachh Survekshan-2026 appeal :
With the goal of placing Tadepalligudem at the national top spot in Swachh Survekshan-2026, the commissioner called for active citizen participation. He requested residents to submit feedback via the SS-2026 App or Swachhata-MoHUA App from their mobile devices. Under the slogan “My Waste – My Responsibility,” he urged segregation of wet and dry waste, strict adherence to the plastic ban, and avoidance of open dumping. “Support sanitation workers and join hands to build a clean, beautiful Tadepalligudem,” he added.
The program was attended by Municipal Engineer Venkataramana, Manager Ravi Sudhakar, Ward Manager Nagaraju (Swarna Gramam), Assistant City Planner Sitaram, Town Planning Officer Jagdishwara Rao, and Revenue Inspector Ashok Kumar.
