హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి విలువైన డాక్యుమెంట్లు, బంగారం, నగదు ఉన్న బ్యాగుతో ఓ ప్రయాణికుడు ట్రావెల్స్ కారులో ప్రయాణించాడు. నందిగామలో కారు దిగిన అనంతరం బ్యాగు తన వద్ద లేదని గుర్తించాడు. వెంటనే నందిగామ సర్కిల్ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ శ్రీనుకు ఫిర్యాదు చేశాడు.

విషయం తెలిసిన వెంటనే పోలీసులు రంగంలోకి దిగారు. సీసీ కెమెరాల ఫుటేజ్ను పరిశీలించి బ్యాగ్ ప్రయాణించిన మార్గాన్ని గుర్తించారు.
కానిస్టేబుల్ సంతోష్ చురుకైన చర్యలతో గంట వ్యవధిలోనే బ్యాగ్ను రికవరీ చేసి బాధితుడికి అప్పగించారు. విలువైన వస్తువులతో కూడిన బ్యాగ్ను సురక్షితంగా తిరిగి అందించడంపై బాధితుడు పోలీసులకు అభినందనలు తెలిపారు.

Bag containing gold, cash and documents recovered within “an hour”
Nandigama police trace missing bag using CCTV footage, return it safely to owner
A traveler’s bag containing valuable documents, gold and cash was recovered within an hour by the Nandigama Circle police, thanks to swift police response and effective use of CCTV surveillance.
The passenger, who was travelling from Hyderabad in a travel vehicle carrying the valuables, got down at Nandigama and later realised that the bag was missing. He immediately approached Nandigama Circle Inspector Srinu and reported the matter.
Acting promptly on the complaint, the police launched a search for the missing bag. Under the directions of the NTR Commissionerate and the supervision of ACP Srinivasa Rao, CI Srinu led the efforts to trace the bag.
The police examined CCTV footage and tracked the route taken by the travel vehicle. Constable Santosh played a key role in tracing and recovering the bag, which was located within an hour of the complaint.
The recovered bag, along with the valuables inside, was handed over safely to the owner. The passenger expressed his gratitude and appreciated the Nandigama Circle police for their prompt response and efficient handling of the case.
The incident highlights the importance of CCTV surveillance and swift police intervention in tracing lost valuables. The Nandigama police once again demonstrated their commitment to public service through timely action, technological assistance and professional policing.
