పెన్షన్ దరఖాస్తులే అధికం
తాడేపల్లిగూడెం పురపాలక సంఘం కార్యాలయంలో సోమవారం నిర్వహించిన పబ్లిక్ గ్రీవెన్స్ రెడ్రెస్సల్ సిస్టమ్ (PGRS) కార్యక్రమంలో ప్రజల నుంచి మొత్తం 59 అర్జీలు స్వీకరించారు. మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ యేసుబాబు స్వయంగా అర్జీలను స్వీకరించి సమస్యలను అడిగి తెలుసుకుని సంబంధిత శాఖలకు పంపించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
స్వీకరించిన అర్జీల్లో పెన్షన్లకు 51, ఇంజనీరింగ్ విభాగానికి 4, పబ్లిక్ హెల్త్కు 2, టిడ్కోకు 1, మెప్మా శాఖకు 1 అర్జీ చొప్పున ఉన్నాయి. ప్రతి అర్జీకి రసీదు జారీ చేసినట్లు కమిషనర్ తెలిపారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా కమిషనర్ యేసుబాబు మాట్లాడుతూ :
ప్రతి సోమవారం PGRS నిర్వహిస్తున్నామని, అందిన అర్జీలను నిర్ణీత గడువులో పరిష్కరించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని, ముఖ్యంగా పెన్షన్ దరఖాస్తులను ప్రాధాన్యతతో పరిశీలిస్తామని పేర్కొన్నారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మున్సిపల్ ఇంజనీర్, మున్సిపల్ మేనేజర్, శానిటరీ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్లు, టౌన్ ప్లానింగ్, రెవెన్యూ, ఇంజనీరింగ్, పబ్లిక్ హెల్త్, టిడ్కో, మెప్మా శాఖల అధికారులు, సచివాలయ సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.

Municipal Commissioner Yesubabu Assures Resolution Within the Prescribed Timeframe
A total of 59 public grievances were received during the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) held on Monday at the Tadepalligudem Municipal Office. Municipal Commissioner Yesubabu personally received the petitions, interacted with the applicants to understand their concerns, and instructed officials to forward them to the respective departments for prompt action.
Of the total applications received, 51 were related to pensions, 4 to the Engineering Department, 2 to the Public Health Department, 1 to TIDCO, and 1 to the MEPMA Department. The Commissioner stated that an acknowledgment receipt was issued for every application submitted.
Speaking on the occasion, Commissioner Yesubabu said :
The PGRS is conducted every Monday to provide citizens with an effective grievance redressal platform. He assured that all petitions would be addressed within the stipulated timeframe, with pension-related applications receiving priority consideration.
The programme was attended by the Municipal Engineer, Municipal Manager, Sanitary Inspectors, and officials from the Town Planning, Revenue, Engineering, Public Health, TIDCO, and MEPMA departments, along with Secretariat staff.
