తాడేపల్లిగూడెం మున్సిపల్ కార్యాలయంలో సోమవారం నిర్వహించిన ప్రజా సమస్యల పరిష్కార వేదిక (PGRS) కార్యక్రమంలో మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ ఎం. ఏసుబాబు ప్రజల నుండి వినతిపత్రాలను స్వీకరించారు.
పట్టణంలోని వివిధ వార్డుల నుండి హాజరైన ప్రజలు డ్రైనేజీ, త్రాగునీటి సరఫరా, రోడ్ల మరమ్మతులు, వీధి దీపాలు, పారిశుధ్యం, ఆస్తి పన్ను, ఇంటి నిర్మాణ అనుమతులు తదితర సమస్యలపై కమిషనర్ కు అర్జీలు అందజేశారు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరి నుండి అర్జీలను స్వయంగా స్వీకరించిన కమిషనర్, వారితో నేరుగా మాట్లాడి సమస్యలను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు.
వెంటనే స్పందించిన కమిషనర్ సంబంధిత శాఖల అధికారులను పిలిపించి అక్కడికక్కడే పరిష్కార మార్గాలను సూచించారు. స్వీకరించిన ప్రతి ఫిర్యాదును నిర్ణీత కాలపరిమితిలో పరిష్కరించి, బాధితులకు సమాచారం అందించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ప్రజా సమస్యల సత్వర పరిష్కారానికి PGRS వేదికను ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలని కమిషనర్ కోరారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మున్సిపల్ ఇంజనీర్ వెంకటరమణ, మేనేజర్ రవి సుధాకర్ , అసిస్టెంట్ సిటీ ప్లానర్ సీతారాం, రెవెన్యూ ఆఫీసర్ ప్రసాద్, సానిటేషన్ సూపర్వైజర్ సోమేశ్వరరావు, పురపాలక అధికారులు మరియు సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.
చలివేంద్రం ప్రారంభించిన కమిషనర్ :
తాడేపల్లిగూడెం పురపాలక సంఘ కార్యాలయం పక్కన వేసవి దృష్ట్యా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన చలివేంద్రాన్ని మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ ఎం. యేసుబాబు సోమవారం ప్రారంభించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా కమిషనర్ స్వయంగా బాటసారులకు, ప్రజలకు మజ్జిగ, మంచినీరు అందించారు. ఎండల తీవ్రత నేపథ్యంలో ప్రజల దాహార్తి తీర్చేందుకు చలివేంద్రం ఏర్పాటు చేయడం అభినందనీయమని అన్నారు.
చలివేంద్రం ఏర్పాటుకు సహకరించిన దాతలను కమిషనర్ ప్రత్యేకంగా అభినందించారు. దాతృత్వంతో ముందుకు వచ్చి ప్రజాసేవలో భాగస్వాములవుతున్న వారి స్ఫూర్తి అందరికీ ఆదర్శమని కొనియాడారు. పట్టణంలోని మరిన్ని ప్రాంతాల్లో దాతలు, స్వచ్ఛంద సంస్థలు చలివేంద్రాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసి వేసవి బాధితులకు అండగా నిలవాలని కమిషనర్ పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
Municipal Commissioner Receives Grievances at Tadepalligudem PGRS Meet
Municipal Commissioner M.yesu Babu directly engaged with residents during Monday’s Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) programme at the Tadepalligudem Municipal Office, accepting petitions on pressing civic issues.
Citizens from various wards raised concerns over drainage, drinking water supply, road repairs, streetlights, sanitation, property taxes, and building permissions. The Commissioner personally received each application, discussed problems on the spot, and promptly summoned department heads to outline immediate solutions.
He directed officials to resolve all complaints within stipulated timelines and inform affected parties. “Utilize PGRS for swift grievance redressal,” yesu Babu urged participants.
The event saw participation from Municipal Engineer Venkataramana, Manager Ravi Sudhakar, Assistant City Planner Sitaram, Revenue Officer Prasad, Sanitation Supervisor Someswar Rao, and staff.
Commissioner Launches Cooling Center
Tadepalligudem Municipal
Commissioner M. Yesubabu inaugurated a summer cooling center next to the urban local body office on Monday. Amid soaring temperatures, he personally served buttermilk and chilled water to commuters and residents, quenching their thirst.
Praising the initiative, Yesubabu lauded donors for their support and urged philanthropists and NGOs to set up more such centers across the town to aid heatwave victims. Their selfless service sets an inspiring example.
