తుఫాను తీవ్రతను బట్టి ఉంగుటూరు మండల పరిషత్ కార్యాలయంలో మండల స్థాయి అధికారులతో, పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శులతో అత్యవసర సమావేశం ఏర్పాటు చేశారు అధికారులు. ఈ సమావేశం లో ఉంగుటూరు మండల ప్రత్యేక అధికారిని వై.అమ్మాజీ ఎంపీడీవో జీ ఆర్ మనోజ్, ఎమ్మార్వో పూర్ణచంద్ర ప్రసాద్, మండల స్థాయి అధికారులు, పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

తుఫాను సమయంలో మండలస్థాయి అధికారులు, పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శులు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేసి ప్రజలకు ఏ విధమైన ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల్సిందిగా కోరారు. ముఖ్యంగా ప్రజలకు మంచినీటి సరఫరాకి ఏ విధమైన ఇబ్బంది కలగకుండా జనరేటర్లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి ప్రజలకు మంచి నీరు అందించాలనిఆమె కోరారు.
తుఫాన్ కి ముందు తుఫాను జరుగుతున్నప్పుడు తుఫాను ముగిసిన తర్వాత తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యల నిమిత్తం తగిన యంత్రాంగాన్ని మరియు మెటీరియల్ ని, యంత్రాలను సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలని ఆమె సూచించారు. అదేవిధంగా వివిధ శాఖల అధికారులు వారి కిందిస్థాయి సిబ్బందికి ఎవరికీ సెలవులు మంజూరు చేయవద్దని ఆమె తెలిపారు. ఎక్కడై నా అవాంఛనీయ సంఘటనలు జరిగితే తక్షణమే స్పందించాలని ఆమె కోరారు.

తుఫాను సమయంలో ఈదురు గాలులకు ఫ్లెక్సీలు హార్డింగ్ లు పడిపోయి ప్రజలకు కరెంటు తీగలకు నష్టం కలిగించే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున, ఇళ్ల పైన రహదారులు వెంబడి ఏర్పాటు చేసి ఉన్న ప్రకటనల హోర్డింగ్స్ ని, ప్లెక్సీలను అన్నిటినీ తక్షణమే తొలగించాలని పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్సులను ఆదేశించారు.
Urgent Meeting Held in Unguturu to Review Cyclone

In view of the impending Montha Cyclone, an emergency meeting was convened at the Unguturu Mandal Parishad office with mandal-level officials and Panchayat Secretaries to assess readiness and coordination measures.The meeting, chaired by Mandal Special Officer Y. Ammaji, was attended by MPDO G.R. Manoj, MRO Purnachandra Prasad, and several departmental officers.
Addressing the officials, Ammaji emphasized the need for seamless coordination among all departments to ensure public safety and uninterrupted essential services. She directed teams to ensure continuous drinking water supply by arranging generators in case of power disruptions. Departments were advised to have the required equipment, materials, and machinery ready both before and after the cyclone’s impact.Ammaji further instructed senior officials not to sanction any staff leave during this critical period and urged immediate response to any emergency incidents.
Speaking on the occasion, MPDO G.R. Manoj warned that strong winds could bring down hoardings and flex banners, posing risks to electricity lines and pedestrians. He directed Panchayat Secretaries to remove all such installations immediately to prevent accidents.
