ఏరువాక పున్నమి సందర్భంగా… రైతాంగం సుభిక్షం, సమృద్ధిగా వర్షాలు, పాడి పంటల వృద్ధి, రాష్ట్ర ప్రజల ఆయురారోగ్యాలు, ఐశ్వర్యాల కోసం ఈ నెల 29వ తేదీ సోమవారం ఉదయం 10 గంటలకు మావుళ్లమ్మ దేవస్థానంలో ధాన్యలక్ష్మి పూజతో పాటు మహిళల సౌభాగ్యం కోసం సౌభాగ్యలక్ష్మి పూజలు వైభవంగా నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు దేవస్థానం అధికారులు తెలిపారు.
అంతకుముందు అదే రోజు ఉదయం 7 గంటలకు ప్రతి పౌర్ణమి నిర్వహించే చండీ హోమం వేదపండితుల ఆధ్వర్యంలో శాస్త్రోక్తంగా జరగనుంది. ప్రత్యేక పూజల అనంతరం రైతులకు తలా గుప్పెడు ధాన్యాన్ని అందజేయనున్నట్లు, దానిని పొలాల్లో చల్లడం ద్వారా అమ్మవారి ఆశీస్సులు లభిస్తాయని ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ ఆఫీసర్ బుద్ద మహాలక్ష్మి నగేష్ తెలిపారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమాల్లో రైతులు, మహిళలు, భక్తులు కుటుంబ సమేతంగా పాల్గొని అమ్మవారి ఆశీస్సులు పొందాలని దేవస్థానం అసిస్టెంట్ కమిషనర్ బుద్ద మహాలక్ష్మి నగేష్ ప్రధాన అర్చకులు బ్రహ్మశ్రీ మద్దిరాల మల్లిఖార్జున శర్మ, చైర్మన్ బొండాడ నాగభూషణం పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
Dhaanyalakshmi & Saubhagyalakshmi Pujas at Sri Mavullamma Temple on Eruvaka Punnami
On the auspicious occasion of Eruvaka Punnami, special Dhaanyalakshmi Puja and Saubhagyalakshmi Puja will be performed with great religious fervour at Sri Mavullamma Temple, Bhimavaram, on Monday, June 29, at 10:00 a.m.
According to the temple authorities, the rituals are being organised to invoke divine blessings for the prosperity of farmers, abundant rainfall, flourishing agriculture and dairy farming, and the health, happiness, and well-being of the people of the State. The Saubhagyalakshmi Puja is dedicated to the welfare, prosperity, and marital bliss of women.
Earlier the same day, at 7:00 a.m., the temple’s customary Chandi Homam, conducted on every full moon day (Pournami), will be performed in accordance with Vedic traditions under the guidance of eminent Vedic scholars.
Following the special rituals, every farmer attending the programme will be presented with a handful of sacred grain. Executive Officer Budda Mahalakshmi Nagesh stated that sowing these blessed grains in their fields is believed to bring the divine grace of Goddess Mavullamma and ensure a prosperous harvest.
Assistant Commissioner of the Temple, Smt. Budda Mahalakshmi Nagesh, along with Chief Priest Brahmasri Maddirala Mallikharjuna Sharma and Temple Chairman Bondada Nagabhushanam, appealed to farmers, women, and devotees to participate in the celebrations with their families and seek the blessings of the Goddess.
