తాడేపల్లిగూడెం పురపాలక సంఘం కార్యాలయంలో ఈరోజు సోమవారం “ప్రజా ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కార వ్యవస్థ” (PGRS) కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించారు. మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ యేసుబాబు స్వయంగా ప్రజల నుండి ఫిర్యాదులను స్వీకరించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో నీటి సరఫరా, డ్రైనేజీ, రోడ్లు, వీధి దీపాలు, ఇంటి పన్ను, పారిశుధ్యం వంటి పలు సమస్యలపై ప్రజల నుండి కమిషనర్ అర్జీలను స్వీకరించారు. వచ్చిన ప్రతి ఫిర్యాదును నమోదు చేసి, సత్వర పరిష్కారానికి సంబంధిత అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా కమిషనర్ మాట్లాడుతూ :
పట్టణ అభివృద్ధికి ప్రజలు సకాలంలో ఇంటి పన్ను, నీటి పన్ను చెల్లించాలని, పన్నులు చెల్లించడం ద్వారా మెరుగైన మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు కల్పించడం సాధ్యమవుతుందని అదేవిధంగా…రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా చేపట్టిన “ఆపరేషన్ క్లీన్ స్వీప్” కార్యక్రమంలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ భాగస్వాములు కావాలని, తమ ఇంటి పరిసరాలను పరిశుభ్రంగా ఉంచుకోవాలని, చెత్తను రోడ్లపై వేయవద్దని, తడి-పొడి చెత్తను వేరు చేసి మున్సిపల్ వాహనాలకు అందించాలని, PGRSలో వచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదులను నిర్ణీత గడువులోగా పరిష్కరించి, ఫిర్యాదుదారులకు సమాచారం అందజేయాలని విభాగాధిపతులకు కమిషనర్ స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మున్సిపల్ ఇంజనీర్ వెంకట రమణ, స్వర్ణ వార్డు స్వర్ణ గ్రామం మేనేజర్ నాగరాజు, అసిస్టెంట్ సిటీ ప్లానర్ సీతారామ్, రెవెన్యూ ఆఫీసర్ ప్రసాద్, శానిటేషన్ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ సోమేశ్వర రావు మరియు ఇతర శానిటేషన్, రెవెన్యూ, టౌన్ ప్లానింగ్ విభాగాల అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.
Commissioner Yesubabu Receives Complaints During PGRS Programme
The “Public Grievance Redressal System” (PGRS) programme was conducted on Monday at the Tadepalligudem Municipal Office. Municipal Commissioner Yesubabu personally received complaints from the public.
During the programme, citizens submitted petitions regarding various civic issues including water supply, drainage, roads, streetlights, house tax, and sanitation. The Commissioner registered every complaint received and instructed the concerned officials to ensure speedy resolution.
Speaking on the occasion, the Commissioner said :
For the development of the town, people should pay house tax and water tax on time, as timely tax payments would help provide better civic infrastructure. He also urged everyone to actively participate in the State Government’s prestigious “Operation Clean Sweep” programme.
He appealed to residents to keep their surroundings clean, avoid throwing garbage on roads, segregate wet and dry waste, and hand it over to municipal collection vehicles. The Commissioner also directed department heads to resolve all complaints received through PGRS within the stipulated time and inform the complainants accordingly.
Municipal Engineer Venkata Ramana, Swarna Ward Swarna Gramam Manager Nagaraju, Assistant City Planner Seetharam, Revenue Officer Prasad, Sanitation Inspector Someswara Rao, along with officials and staff from the sanitation, revenue, and town planning departments participated in the programme.
