తాడేపల్లిగూడెం ఏరియా ఆసుపత్రి ఆవరణలో మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ ఎం. ఏసుబాబు నేతృత్వంలో “జీరో వేస్ట్ – లిట్టర్ ఫ్రీ గవర్నెన్స్” కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించారు. వన్-వే కమ్యూనికేషన్ నుండి యాక్టివ్ సిటిజన్ పార్టిసిపేషన్ అనే భావనతో నిర్వహించిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో కమిషనర్ స్వయంగా చీపురు పట్టి పారిశుధ్య సిబ్బంది, ఉద్యోగులు, స్థానిక పౌరులతో కలిసి శ్రమదానం చేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా కమిషనర్ ఏసుబాబు మాట్లాడుతూ :
పరిశుభ్రత మున్సిపాలిటీ బాధ్యత మాత్రమే కాదని, ప్రతి పౌరుడి సామాజిక బాధ్యతని అన్నారు. తడి చెత్త, పొడి చెత్తను ఇంటి వద్దే వేరుచేసి మున్సిపల్ వాహనాలకు అందించాలని, తాడేపల్లిగూడెంను చెత్త రహిత, పరిశుభ్ర పట్టణంగా తీర్చిదిద్దడంలో ప్రజలంతా భాగస్వాములు కావాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్న వారంతా ఆసుపత్రి ప్రాంగణాన్ని పరిశుభ్రం చేసి, పరిశుభ్రతను నిరంతరం కొనసాగిస్తామని ప్రతిజ్ఞ చేశారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ ఎం యేసుబాబు, అసిస్టెంట్ సిటీ ప్లానర్ జి సీతారాం, అసిస్టెంట్ ఇంజనీర్ హరీష్, సానిటరీ సూపర్వైజర్ సోమేశ్వరరావు, ఏ ఎస్ ఓ రజిని, సానిటేషన్ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్లు, సానిటేషన్ సెక్రటరీలు, కూటమి నాయకులు, ఏరియా హాస్పిటల్ సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.
వృద్ధురాలు రాయపాటి లక్ష్మీని పరామర్శించిన కమిషనర్ :
ఏరియా ఆసుపత్రిలో చికిత్స పొందుతున్న వృద్ధురాలు రాయపాటి లక్ష్మిని మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ ఎం. యేసుబాబు పరామర్శించారు. ఆమె ఆరోగ్య పరిస్థితిని స్వయంగా అడిగి తెలుసుకున్న కమిషనర్, వైద్యులతో మాట్లాడి ఆమెకు మెరుగైన వైద్యం అందించాలని సూచించారు.
కమిషనర్ యేసుబాబు మానవతా దృక్పథంతో స్పందిస్తూ, రాయపాటి లక్ష్మికి తన వ్యక్తిగతంగా ప్రతి నెల రూ.5,000/- ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందిస్తున్న విషయం అందరికీ తెలిసినదే. అవసరమైన మరిన్ని సహాయ సహకారాలు అందిస్తామని ఆమెకు భరోసా ఇచ్చారు.
Tadepalligudem Pushes Zero Waste, Litter-Free Governance with Citizen Involvement
In a shift from one-way communication to active citizen participation, Municipal Commissioner M. Yesubabu led a “Zero Waste – Litter-Free Governance” drive at the Tadepalligudem Area Hospital premises today. Joining hands with sanitation workers, staff, and local residents, the commissioner personally participated in a cleanliness shramadhan, cleaning the hospital grounds.
Addressing the gathering, Yesubabu emphasized that hygiene is not just the municipality’s duty but every citizen’s social responsibility. “Segregate wet and dry waste at home and hand it over to municipal vehicles. Let’s make Tadepalligudem a litter-free, clean town together,” he urged.
Participants pledged to maintain cleanliness ongoing. The event saw Assistant City Planner G. Seetharama, Assistant Engineer Harish, Sanitary Supervisor Someshwar Rao, AEO Rajini, sanitation inspectors, secretaries, alliance leaders, and hospital staff.
Commissioner Visits Ailing Elderly Woman, Ensures Better Care :
Municipal Commissioner M. Yesubabu visited elderly Rayapati Lakshmi at the area hospital, personally inquiring about her health and directing doctors to provide improved treatment. Known for his humanitarian approach, Yesubabu already offers her Rs 5,000 monthly aid and assured further support as needed.
