తాడేపల్లిగూడెం పురపాలక సంఘం ఆధ్వర్యంలో యాగర్లపల్లి UPHC కేంద్రంలో 23, 24, 25 వార్డులలో “స్వచ్ఛ భారత్ స్వచ్ఛ తాడేపల్లిగూడెం” కార్యక్రమం మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ యేసుబాబు ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించారు. స్వచ్ఛతా సర్వేక్షణ కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా పౌరులకు స్వచ్ఛతాపై అవగాహన కల్పించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో..స్వచ్ఛతా ప్రాముఖ్యతపై గురించి, వ్యర్థాల నిర్వహణ మరియు స్వచ్ఛతా కార్యక్రమాల్లో ప్రజల భాగస్వామ్యం గురించి వివరించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమం ద్వారా పౌరుల్లో స్వచ్ఛతా భావనను పెంపొందించడం మరియు తాడేపల్లిగూడెంను స్వచ్ఛంగా ఉంచడానికి ప్రజల భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని పెంచడం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నారు.
ప్రజలందరూ తమ ఇంటి వ్యర్ధాలను తడి, పొడి చెత్తగా విడదీసి పారిశుద్ధ కార్మికులకు అందజేయాలని, ప్లాస్టిక్ ఉపయోగాన్ని తగ్గించాలని, గుడ్డ సంచులను ఉపయోగించాలని, చెత్తను బహిరంగ ప్రదేశాల్లో పడవేయకూడదని, బహిరంగ ప్రదేశాల్లో మలమూత్ర విసర్జన చేయకూడదని, పట్టణాన్ని పరిశుభ్రంగా ఉంచాలని అందుకు పట్టణ ప్రజలందరూ సహకరించాలని కోరారు.
Swachh Bharat Drive Promotes Cleanliness in Tadepalligudem
In a proactive push towards a cleaner town, the Tadepalligudem Municipal Council organized the “Swachh Bharat – Swachh Tadepalligudem” campaign at Yagarlapalli UPHC Centre, covering wards 23, 24, and 25. Led by Municipal Commissioner Yesubabu, the initiative focused on cleanliness surveys and awareness drives for residents.
Participants were educated on waste segregation—separating wet and dry trash—proper disposal, reducing plastic use, adopting cloth bags, avoiding littering in public spaces, and preventing open defecation. The program emphasized community participation to instill a culture of hygiene and sustain a spotless urban environment.
Commissioner Yesubabu urged citizens to cooperate by handing over segregated waste to sanitation workers, aiming to make Tadepalligudem a model of cleanliness.
