కృష్ణాజిల్లా, ఉయ్యూరు నగర పంచాయతీలో 2024-2025 సం. రాలలో అప్పటి నగర పంచాయతీ కమీషనర్ పాయసం వెంకటేశ్వరరావు, రెవిన్యూ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ వేదాంతం రఘు బాబు,నగరపంచాయితీ పరిధిలోని బిల్డింగులకు ఆస్థిసన్నులను ఆన్లైన్లో కాకుండా నిబంధనలకు విరుద్ధంగా మాన్యువల్గా ఇస్తూ, నగరపంచాయితీ నిధులకు ఆస్థిపన్నులు జమ చేయలేదు.
అప్పటి ఉయ్యూరు నగరపంచాయతీ పాయసం వెంకటేశ్వరరావు, రెవిన్యూ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ వేదాంతం రఘుబాబులపై విచారణ మరియు క్రమశిక్షణా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సామాజిక కార్యకర్త జంపాన శ్రీనివాస్ గౌడ్ మున్సిపల్ మరియు పట్టణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శికి ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు.
Complaint Filed Against Ex-Uyyuru Officials for Tax Violations
Social activist Jumpana Srinivas Goud has lodged a complaint with the Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, against former Uyyuru Municipal Commissioner Payasam Venkateswararao and Revenue Inspector Vedantam Raghu Babu.In 2024-25, they allegedly issued manual building tax assessments in Uyyuru Nagar Panchayat, bypassing online norms, and failed to deposit collected taxes into panchayat funds. Goud demands investigation and disciplinary action.
