On Monday, petitions were received from the public at the Municipal Corporation office in the presence of officials.

Speaking on the occasion, Commissioner Ketan Garg said… Steps are being taken to resolve the petitions received from the public within the municipal corporation limits in a qualitative manner. He emphasized the need to focus special attention on sanitation maintenance and the provision of basic infrastructure.
Some of the petitions:
1) S. Varalakshmi from Rajahmundry mentioned in her application that she owns a house in Indranagar but there is no access road, requesting the municipality to provide one.
2) D. Shyamala from Rajahmundry applied for a resurvey of her land in Indrasatya Nagar, which is under encroachment, and requested that her property be handed over to her.
3) K. Naga Venkata Durga Prasad from Rajahmundry submitted an application stating that his neighbor has encroached beyond his compound wall and requested that the boundaries be identified and handed over to him.
4) A. Subbalakshmi from Rajahmundry requested the removal of tree branches obstructing her street through her application.
The program was attended by Deputy Commissioner S. Venkataramana, Municipal Corporation Health Officer Vinuthna, SE MCH Koteswara Rao, City Planner G. Kotaiah, and others.
