మున్సిపల్ కార్యాలయంలో అర్జీల స్వీకరణ
త్వరిత పరిష్కారానికి అధికారుల హామీ
విభిన్న ప్రతిభావంతుల సమస్యలను సత్వరంగా పరిష్కరించేందుకు తాడేపల్లిగూడెం పురపాలక సంఘం ఆధ్వర్యంలో శనివారం మున్సిపల్ కార్యాలయంలో ప్రత్యేక పబ్లిక్ గ్రీవెన్స్ రెడ్రెస్సల్ సిస్టమ్ (PGRS) కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించారు. ఆర్డీఓ ఎం. సూర్యరావు, మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ ఎం. యేసుబాబు అధ్యక్షత వహించి బాధితుల నుంచి నేరుగా అర్జీలు స్వీకరించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆర్డీఓ సూర్యరావు మాట్లాడుతూ :
విభిన్న ప్రతిభావంతుల సంక్షేమానికి ప్రభుత్వం ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తోందని, పింఛన్లు, బస్–రైల్వే పాస్లు, సదరం ధ్రువపత్రాలు, ఉపకరణాలు, ఉపాధి వంటి సమస్యలను వేగంగా పరిష్కరిస్తామని తెలిపారు.
కమిషనర్ యేసుబాబు మాట్లాడుతూ :
మున్సిపల్ పరిధిలోని అర్హులందరికీ ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల ప్రయోజనాలు అందేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని, కార్యాలయానికి రాలేని వారి నుంచి సచివాలయాల ద్వారా కూడా అర్జీలు స్వీకరిస్తామని చెప్పారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి 40 మందికి పైగా విభిన్న ప్రతిభావంతులు తమ కుటుంబ సభ్యులతో హాజరై వీల్చైర్లు, ట్రైసైకిళ్లు, పింఛన్లు, ఆధార్–సదరం అనుసంధానం తదితర అంశాలపై వినతిపత్రాలు సమర్పించారు. మున్సిపల్, రెవెన్యూ, ఐసీడీఎస్, వైద్య ఆరోగ్య శాఖల అధికారులు, సచివాలయ సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.
Special Grievance Redressal Programme for Persons with Disabilities Held at Tadepalligudem Municipal Office
Applications Received at Municipal Office; Officials Assure Prompt Resolution
A Special Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) programme was conducted on Saturday at the Tadepalligudem Municipal Office under the aegis of the Municipal Council to address the grievances of Persons with Disabilities. The programme was presided over by Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) M. Surya Rao and Municipal Commissioner M. Yesubabu, who personally received petitions from the beneficiaries.
Speaking on the occasion, RDO M. Surya Rao stated that the Government accords high priority to the welfare of Persons with Disabilities. He assured that issues relating to disability pensions, bus and railway concession passes, SADAREM certificates, assistive devices, and livelihood opportunities would be addressed on a priority basis.
Municipal Commissioner M. Yesubabu said that all eligible beneficiaries within the municipal limits would be ensured access to government welfare schemes. He further informed that applications from those unable to visit the Municipal Office would also be accepted through Village/Ward Secretariats.
More than 40 Persons with Disabilities, accompanied by their family members, participated in the programme and submitted representations seeking wheelchairs, tricycles, disability pensions, Aadhaar–SADAREM linkage, and other welfare-related assistance.
Officials from the Municipal Administration, Revenue, ICDS, Health Department, and Secretariat staff were also present during the programme.
