గండిగుంట గ్రామపంచాయతీలో 9 అనధికార లే-అవుట్లలోని కమ్యూనిటీ స్థలాల స్వాధీనంపై తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శి శశిభూషణ్ కుమార్, కమిషనర్ వి.ఆర్.కృష్ణతేజ మైలవరపు ఐఎఎస్లకు ఆదేశించారు.
సర్వే నంబర్ల 218,219, 228/12,20,22,226/3, 229/2, 258/2,259/102లోని కమ్యూనిటీ స్థలాలను స్వాధీనం చేసి, సామాజిక కార్యకర్త జంపాన్ శ్రీనివాసగౌడ్కు సమాచారం పంపాలని అసిస్టెంట్ సెక్రటరీ బి.పద్మజ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు.ఈ అనధికార లే-అవుట్లు 1988-89 నుంచి 2011 వరకు అనుమతి లేకుండా నిలిచాయి.
యాజమానులు కమ్యూనిటీ స్థలాలు, రహదారులు స్వాధీనం చేయలేదు. జీఓలు 67 (26.2.2002), 188 (21.7.2011)లు, లోకాయుక్త జస్టిస్ పి.లక్ష్మణరెడ్డి ఉత్తర్వులు ఉన్నప్పటికీ 2020 నుంచి చర్యలు తీసుకోని పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శులు, విస్తరణాధికారులు, డీఎల్పీవోలు, జిల్లా అధికారులు, కలెక్టర్లపై విచారణకు ఆదేశించాలని శ్రీనివాసగౌడ్ 22.12.2025న పిర్యాదు చేశారు. దీనిపై ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శి 22.12.2022 జంపాన పిర్యాదు మేరకు చర్యలు ప్రారంభించారు.
Panchayat Raj Principal Secy Orders Action on Illegal Lay-outs in Krishna Dist Village.
Panchayat Raj Principal Secretary Shashi Bhushan Kumar has directed Krishna District Collector V.R. Krishna Teja Mylavarapu IAS and Commissioner to reclaim community lands from nine illegal lay-outs in Gandigunta Gram Panchayat, Uyyuru Mandal.
Assistant Secretary B. Padmaja issued orders to survey and take possession of community sites in survey numbers 218, 219, 228/12, 20, 22, 226/3, 229/2, 258/2, and 259/102, and inform social activist Jampan Srinivas Goud. These unauthorized lay-outs, built without permission between 1988-89 and 2011, encroach on community spaces and roads, with owners failing to surrender them despite GO 67 (Feb 26, 2002) and GO 188 (July 21, 2011), plus Lokayukta Justice P. Lakshman Reddy’s directives.
Srinivas Goud complained on Dec 22, 2025, seeking probe into inaction by panchayat secretaries, extension officers, DLPOs, district officials, and collectors since 2020. The Principal Secretary initiated action on the complaint dated Dec 22, 2022.
