ఉంగుటూరు నియోజకవర్గానికి రానున్న 2026 – 27 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరానికి ₹255 కోట్లతో బడ్జెట్ అంచనాలను తయారుచేసి ప్రభుత్వానికి పంపినట్లు ఉంగుటూరు నియోజకవర్గం శాసనసభ్యులు పత్సమట్ల ధర్మరాజు తెలియజేశారు. గురువారం సాయంత్రం స్థానిక ఉంగుటూరు మండల పరిషత్ కార్యాలయం సమావేశ మందిరంలో జరిగిన నియోజకవర్గస్థాయి అధికారుల సమావేశంలో ఆయన పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎమ్మెల్యే మాట్లాడుతూ :
నియోజకవర్గంలోని నాలుగు మండలాలకి మరియు 23 శాఖలకు ఈ బడ్జెట్ ద్వారా వివిధ అభివృద్ధి పనులు చేపట్టడం జరుగుతుందని కనుక అధికారులు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేసి నిధులను సజావుగా ఖర్చు చేయవలసినదిగా ఆయన కోరారు. అంతేకాకుండా రేపటి నుంచి గ్రామాలలో ప్రత్యేక అధికారుల పాలన మొదలవుతున్నందున అధికారులు తరచుగా గ్రామాలను సందర్శించి గ్రామ సభలు నిర్వహించి గ్రామాల్లో ఉన్న వివిధ సమస్యలను అర్థం చేసుకొని ఆయా గ్రామాల్లోని కూటమి నాయకులందరినీ కలుపుకొని సమస్యల పరిష్కారాన్ని సమన్వయంతో కృషి చేయవలసిందిగా ఒక విజన్ తో ఒక ప్రత్యేకమైన ప్రాణాలకు గ్రామాల్లో మౌలిక వసతుల అభివృద్ధికి కృషి చేయాలని, ముఖ్యంగా వేసవిలో ఏ గ్రామంలో కూడా ను మంచినీటి సమస్య తలెత్తకుండా ప్రత్యేక అధికారులు తగు జాగ్రత్త చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల్సిందే శాసనసభ్యులు పత్సమట్ల ధర్మరాజు కోరారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ప్రత్యేక అధికారి షాజానాయక్, జిల్లా గృహ నిర్మాణ శాఖ ప్రాజెక్ట్ డైరెక్టర్ బి.సత్యనారాయణ, విద్యాశాఖ అధికారి రవీంద్ర భారతి, వేణుగోపాల్ నాలుగు మండలాల ఎమ్మార్వోలు ఎండిఓ లు వివిధ శాఖల అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
255 Crore Budget Boost for Unguturu Constituency Development
Eluru District MLA Patsamatla Dharma Raju announced preparations for a ₹255 crore budget for Unguturu constituency for the 2026-27 fiscal year, submitting proposals to the state government. Speaking at a constituency-level officials’ meeting held Thursday evening at Unguturu Mandal Parishad office, he emphasized coordinated efforts for development across four mandals and 23 departments.
The MLA urged officials to utilize funds effectively for various projects and stressed frequent village visits starting Friday under special administrators’ oversight. He called for resolving local issues through gram sabhas, engaging coalition leaders collaboratively to enhance basic infrastructure with a clear vision. Special focus was laid on preventing summer drinking water shortages, directing proactive measures in every village.
Attendees included Special Officer Shaja Nayak, District Housing Project Director B. Satyanarayana, Education Officer Ravindra Bharati, Venugopal, four mandal RDOs, MEOs, and departmental officials.
