ఏపీ బడ్జెట్ లో విజన్ 2047 లక్ష్యాలకు అనుగుణంగా అభివృద్ధికి పెద్దపీట వేస్తూనే, వెనుకబడిన వర్గాల సంక్షేమానికి భారీగా నిధులు కేటాయించటం అభినందనీయం అన్నారు ఏలూరు ఎంపీ పుట్టా మహేష్ కుమార్. శనివారం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అసెంబ్లీ లో 3,32,205 కోట్లతో రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక మంత్రి పయ్యావుల కేశవ్ 2026-27 బడ్జెట్ ప్రవేశపెట్టిన సందర్భంగా ఎంపీ పుట్టా మహేష్ కుమార్ స్పందించారు.
వైసిపి ప్రభుత్వంలో నా ఎస్సీ, నా ఎస్టీ, నా బీసీ, నా మైనారిటీ అని మాయ కబుర్లు చెబుతూ వారి సంక్షేమ పథకాలన్నీ ఎత్తివేయగా, కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చిన తర్వాత వెనుకబడిన వర్గాల సంక్షేమానికి భారీగా నిధులు కేటాయించడం ఆ వర్గాల పట్ల కూటమి ప్రభుత్వానికి ఉన్న చిత్తశుద్ధిని చాటుతోందన్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా బీసీ కాంపోనెంట్ కోసం రికార్డు స్థాయిలో ఏకంగా 51,021 కోట్లు కేటాయించడం అలాగే ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, మైనార్టీ వర్గాల సంక్షేమ కేటాయింపులు పెంచటం అన్ని వర్గాల ప్రజలకూ సంతోషకరమైన విషయం అన్నారు.
ఎన్ని ఆర్ధిక ఇబ్బందులున్నా, ఎన్నికల సమయంలో ఇచ్చిన మరో హామీని నెరవేర్చుతూ నేతన్నలకు ఉచిత విద్యుత్ పథకం ప్రకటించడం ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు ధృఢ సంకల్పానికి నిదర్శనం అన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని పేదలందరికీ సొంత ఇంటి కల నిజం చేసే లక్ష్యంతో గృహ నిర్మాణ శాఖకు 6,350 కోట్లు కేటాయించారని, అదే విధంగా వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో పూర్తిగా నిర్లక్ష్యం చేయబడ్డ రోడ్లు, పోర్టులు, ఎయిర్పోర్టులకు 13,546 కోట్లు కేటాయించడం ద్వారా రాష్ట్రంలో మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు కల్పనకి కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తున్న సంగతి అర్ధమవుతుందన్నారు.
అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమాల మేళవింపుగా బడ్జెట్ కనిపిస్తోందన్నారు. రాజధాని అమరావతికి 6,000 కోట్లు కేటాయించడం ద్వారా పనులు వేగంగా పూర్తి చేయడానికి వీలవుతుందన్నారు. గత ప్రభుత్వ హయంలో పడకేసిన ఇరిగేషన్ ప్రాజెక్టులకు 18,224 కోట్లు కేటాయించడం, ప్రత్యేకంగా పోలవరానికి 6,105 కోట్లు కేటాయించడంతో అనుకున్న సమయానికి పనులు పూర్తవుతాయని ఎంపీ పుట్టా మహేష్ కుమార్ విశ్వాసం వెలిబుచ్చారు.
విద్యా, వైద్య రంగాలకు సముచిత కేటాయింపులు చేశారని, వ్యవసాయరంగానికి కేటాయింపులు పెంచడంతోపాటు రాయలసీమ గ్లోబల్ హార్టికల్చర్ హబ్ కు 30 వేల కోట్ల భారీ నిధులు కేటాయించటం వ్యవసాయ రంగానికి, రైతుల సంక్షేమానికి కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ఇస్తున్న ప్రాధాన్యానికి నిదర్శనంగా నిలుస్తుందన్నారు. రెవిన్యూ లోటు తగ్గటం, విశాఖ ప్రాంతీయ ఆర్ధిక జోన్ కి 28,000 కోట్లు కేటాయించడం, “స్పీడ్ ఆఫ్ డూయింగ్ బిజినెస్” కి అనుగుణంగా పెట్టుబడులకు అనుకూల వాతావరణం ఉండే విధంగా బడ్జెట్ లో చర్యలు చేపట్టడం రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక పురోభివృద్ధికి దోహదపడుతుందని ఎంపీ పుట్టా మహేష్ కుమార్ విశ్వాసం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

While giving priority to development in the AP budget in line with the goals of Vision 2047, it is commendable that huge funds are allocated for the welfare of the backward classes, said Eluru MP Putta Mahesh Kumar. MP Putta Mahesh Kumar was responding on the occasion of the presentation of the 2026-27 budget of Rs 3,32,205 crore by State Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly on Saturday.
While the YSRCP government was talking nonsense about my SC, my ST, my BC, my minority and all their welfare schemes were withdrawn, he said that the allocation of huge funds for the welfare of the backward classes after the coalition government came to power shows the sincerity of the coalition government towards those classes. He said that the record allocation of Rs 51,021 crore for the BC component and the increase in welfare allocations for SC, ST and minority communities are a matter of joy for all sections of the people. He said that despite the financial difficulties, the announcement of a free electricity scheme for weavers, fulfilling another promise made during the elections, is a testament to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s strong determination. He said that Rs 6,350 crore has been allocated to the Housing Department with the aim of making the dream of owning a house a reality for all the poor in the state, and by allocating Rs 13,546 crore for roads, ports and airports, which were completely neglected during the YSRCP government, it is clear that the coalition government is giving priority to creating infrastructure in the state. He said that the budget appears to be a combination of development and welfare. He said that by allocating Rs 6,000 crore for the capital Amaravati, it will be possible to complete the work faster. MP Putta Mahesh Kumar expressed confidence that the works will be completed on time with the allocation of Rs 18,224 crore for irrigation projects that were stalled under the previous government, and Rs 6,105 crore specifically for Polavaram. He said that appropriate allocations have been made for the education and medical sectors, and the allocation of huge funds of Rs 30,000 crore for the Rayalaseema Global Horticulture Hub along with increasing allocations for the agriculture sector is a testament to the priority given by the coalition government to the agriculture sector and the welfare of farmers. MP Putta Mahesh Kumar expressed confidence that the reduction in revenue deficit, allocation of Rs 28,000 crore for the Visakhapatnam Regional Economic Zone, and taking steps in the budget to create a conducive environment for investments in line with the “Speed of Doing Business” will contribute to the economic progress of the state.
