పెన్షన్దారుల చిరునవ్వులే కూటమి ప్రభుత్వ సంక్షేమ పాలనకు కేరాఫ్ అడ్రస్ అని ఏలూరు ఎమ్మెల్యే బడేటి చంటి అభివర్ణించారు. అదేలక్ష్యంతో రానున్న రోజుల్లో మరింత మంది అర్హులకు సామాజిక భద్రతా పెన్షన్లు మంజూరు చేయనున్నట్లు ఆయన వెల్లడించారు. ఏలూరు అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గంలో ఎన్టీఆర్ భరోసా సామాజిక భద్రతా పెన్షన్ల పంపిణీ కార్యక్రమం శనివారం పండుగ వాతావరణంలో నిర్వహించారు.
ఫిబ్రవరి 1వ తేదీ ఆదివారం కావడంతో ఒక్కరోజు ముందుగానే పెన్షన్దారుల ఇళ్ళకు పెన్షన్ సొమ్ములు పంపిణీ చేసేలా ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయడంతో ఆ దిశగా శనివారం తెల్లవారుజామునే సామాజిక భద్రతా పెన్షన్ల పంపిణీ కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రారంభించారు. స్థానిక 22వ డివిజన్లో నిర్వహించిన పెన్షన్ల పంపిణీ కార్యక్రమంలో టిడిపి జిల్లా అధ్యక్షులు, ఏలూరు ఎమ్మెల్యే బడేటి చంటి ముఖ్య అతిధిగా పాల్గొన్నారు.
అనంతరం డివిజన్లోని అర్హుల ఇళ్ళకు స్వయంగా వెళ్ళిన ఎమ్మెల్యే బడేటి చంటి వారికి పెన్షన్ నగదును పంపిణీ చేశారు. వారి బాగోగులను స్వయంగా అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. ఒక వృద్ధురాలు తాను రేషన్ సరుకులు తెచ్చుకోలేకపోతున్నానని తెలుపగా..ఇదేవిషయంపై సంబంధిత సిబ్బందిని ప్రశ్నించిన ఎమ్మెల్యే బడేటి చంటి..ఇకపై ఆ వృద్ధురాలి ఇంటికే రేషన్ సరుకులు చేరవేసేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని అక్కడికక్కడే ఆదేశించారు.
ఈసందర్భంగా ఎమ్మెల్యే బడేటి చంటి మాట్లాడుతూ..
ప్రజలకు ఎటువంటి సమస్య ఉన్నా తనను నేరుగా సంప్రదించవచ్చునని, ఆ సమస్యలకు శాశ్వత పరిష్కారమార్గం చూపేందుకు విశేషంగా కృషిచేస్తానని స్పష్టం చేశారు. గత ఐదేళ్ళలో ఎటువంటి అభివృద్ధినీ చేసి చూపలేని వైసిపి నాయకులు ప్రస్తుతం కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం చేస్తోన్న అభివృద్ధిని అంగీకరించలేకే విమర్శలకు పనిచెప్తున్నారంటూ వ్యంగ్యాస్త్రాలు సందించారు. తాము చేస్తోన్న అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ పాలనకు ప్రజల ముఖాల్లో చిరునవ్వులే సమాధానాలని వ్యాఖ్యానించిన ఆయన.. ఇదేలక్ష్యంతో రానున్న మార్చినెల నాటికి ఏలూరు అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గంలో మరింత మంది అర్హులకు పెన్షన్లు మంజూరు చేయనున్నట్లు స్పష్టం చేశారు.

The smiles on pensioners’ faces serve as the ultimate address to the alliance government’s welfare administration, declared Eluru MLA Badeti Chanti here on Saturday.
Participating as chief guest in the NTR Bharosa social security pension distribution programme in the 22nd division of Eluru Assembly constituency, the TDP district president personally handed over cash to eligible beneficiaries at their doorsteps. The event unfolded in a festive atmosphere a day ahead of the usual February 1 schedule, following government orders to deliver pensions on Saturday since the date falls on a Sunday.
Chanti inquired about their well-being and promptly addressed grievances. When an elderly woman complained about struggling to collect ration supplies, he reprimanded officials on the spot and directed them to deliver rations to her home henceforth.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA assured residents they could contact him directly for any issues, promising permanent solutions. He took a swipe at YSRCP leaders, accusing them of criticizing the alliance’s development works out of envy after failing to deliver progress in five years. “People’s smiles are the true measure of our welfare and development efforts,” he said, announcing plans to sanction pensions to more eligible beneficiaries in the constituency by March.
RTC Vijayawada Zone-2 Chairman Reddy Appalanayudu and SMR Pedababu praised Chanti’s commitment to standing by the poor, aligning with the alliance’s aspirations.
