విశ్వమానవాళికి తన ప్రేమ తత్వంతో వెలుగులు పంచిన కరుణామయుడు, ప్రేమ మూర్తి క్రీస్తు పుట్టినరోజు సందర్భంగా ఏలూరు పార్లమెంట్ నియోజకవర్గంలోని క్రైస్తవులకు ఏలూరు ఎంపీ పుట్టా మహేష్ కుమార్ క్రిస్మస్ శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు. ఈ మేరకు ఒక ప్రకటన విడుదల చేసిన ఎంపీ ప్రేమ, సేవ, త్యాగం, క్షమ, కరుణ వంటి అత్యుత్తమ జీవన మార్గాలను మానవ జాతికి అందించి, ఇతరుల కోసం జీవించడం అనే గొప్ప సందేశాన్ని నేర్పిన క్రీస్తు జన్మదినం ఎంతో పవిత్రమైనదన్నారు. మానవత్వాన్ని చాటే ఏసుక్రీస్తు బోధనలు ప్రపంచాన్ని ఎంతగానో ప్రభావితం చేశాయని అవి అందరికీ ఆచరణీయమని ఎంపి పేర్కొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు నాయకత్వంలో కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం క్రిస్టియన్ మైనార్టీల సంక్షేమానికి చేస్తున్న కృషిని ఎంపీ గుర్తు చేశారు. క్రిస్టియన్ సోదరులకు ఎన్నికల్లో ఇచ్చిన హామీలు అన్నిటినీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం నెరవేర్చిందన్నారు. జెరూసలెం వెళ్లే క్రైస్తవులకు ఆర్థిక సాయం చేయటం, రాష్ట్రంలో చర్చిల నిర్మాణానికి నిధులు మంజూరు చేయడంతో పాటు గ్రూప్స్, డిఎస్సి, నీట్ వంటి పోటీ పరీక్షలకు హాజరయ్యే క్రైస్తవ యువతకు ఉచితంగా శిక్షణ అందించటం వంటి అనేక కార్యక్రమాలు అమలు చేస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు.
గత వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వంలో క్రిస్మస్ హైటీ కార్యక్రమ నిర్వహణకు జిల్లాకు 30,000 మాత్రమే ఇవ్వగా, కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చిన తర్వాత జిల్లాకు రెండు లక్షల చొప్పున విడుదల చేస్తున్నామని ఎంపీ వెల్లడించారు. పాస్టర్లకు గౌరవ వేతనం ప్రారంభించింది కూడా టిడిపి ప్రభుత్వమే అన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో 8,427 మంది పాస్టర్లకు 5,000 చొప్పున గౌరవ వేతనం అందిస్తున్న ఘనత కూటమి ప్రభుత్వానిదేనన్న ఎంపీ పుట్టా మహేష్ కుమార్.. ఈ క్రిస్మస్ పండుగ క్రైస్తవులందరి జీవితాలతో పాటు, ఏలూరు పార్లమెంట్ పరిధిలోని ప్రజలందరి జీవితాల్లో వెలుగులు నింపాలని ఆకాంక్షిస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.
MP Putta Mahesh Kumar extends Christmas greetings.
On the occasion of the birthday of the compassionate and love-filled Christ, who shed light on the world with his philosophy of love, Eluru MP Putta Mahesh Kumar extended Christmas greetings to the Christians of the Eluru Parliament constituency. Releasing a statement to this effect, the MP said that the birthday of Christ is very sacred as he taught humanity the best ways of life like love, service, sacrifice, forgiveness and compassion and taught the great message of living for others. The MP stated that the teachings of Jesus Christ, which show humanity, have greatly influenced the world and are practical for everyone.
In this context, the MP recalled the efforts being made by the coalition government under the leadership of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for the welfare of Christian minorities. He said that the coalition government has fulfilled all the promises made to the Christian brothers in the elections. He said that they are implementing many programs such as providing financial assistance to Christians going to Jerusalem, granting funds for the construction of churches in the state and providing free training to Christian youth appearing for competitive exams like Groups, DSC and NEET. The MP revealed that while the previous YSRCP government gave only Rs 30,000 to the district for organizing the Christmas Haiti program, after the coalition government came to power, two lakhs are being released to the district. He said that it was the TDP government that started the honorarium for pastors. MP Putta Mahesh Kumar said that the coalition government is the one who is providing honorarium of Rs 5,000 to 8,427 pastors in the state. He said that this Christmas festival will bring light to the lives of all Christians and also to the lives of all the people in the Eluru parliamentary constituency.
