రహదారి భద్రత ప్రతి ఒక్కరి బాధ్యతని, హెల్మెట్ ధరించడం వల్ల ప్రాణాపాయం నుండి రక్షణ లభిస్తుందని భీమడోలు సీఐ పి. కృష్ణ, ద్వారకాతిరుమల ఎస్ఐ టి. సుధీర్ తెలిపారు. గోద్రెజ్ పామాయిల్ ఫ్యాక్టరీ ఆవరణలో సంస్థ సహకారంతో రోడ్ సేఫ్టీ ‘ప్రాణ రక్షణకు హెల్మెట్ కవచం’ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఫ్యాక్టరీ సిబ్బందికి 100 నాణ్య హెల్మెట్లను పంపిణీ చేశారు. ద్విచక్ర వాహనదారులు హెల్మెట్ ధరిస్తే 80 శాతం తల గాయాల నుండి రక్షణ లభిస్తుందని సీఐ వివరించారు.
అతివేగం, మద్యం సేవ, రాంగ్ రూట్ డ్రైవింగ్ ప్రాణాంతకమని హెచ్చరించారు. పోలీస్ భయం కాకుండా ప్రాణ రక్షణ కోసం నిబంధనలు పాటించాలని ఎస్ఐ సుధీర్ హితవు పలికారు.
సిబ్బంది భద్రత కోసం హెల్మెట్లు ఉచితంగా అందించిన గోద్రెజ్ యాజమాన్యాన్ని పోలీసులు అభినందించారు. ఇతర సంస్థలు సామాజిక బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. ఫ్యాక్టరీ నిర్వాహకులు, సిబ్బంది, పోలీసులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Godrej Factory Hosts Road Safety Drive, Distributes 100 Helmets to Staff
In a proactive step towards road safety, Bhimadole CI P. Krishna and Dwarakatirumala SI T. Sudheer emphasized that wearing helmets saves lives from fatal accidents. At Godrej Palmolein Factory premises near C.H. Pothepalli, the duo spearheaded the “Helmet: Shield for Life” program, supported by the company.
On this occasion, 100 high-quality helmets were distributed free to factory staff. CI Krishna highlighted that helmets protect against 80% of head injuries for two-wheeler riders. He warned against speeding, drunk driving, and wrong-side riding as deadly risks.
SI Sudheer urged compliance with rules not out of police fear, but for personal safety. Police commended Godrej management for prioritizing employee welfare and called on other firms to embrace social responsibility.
Factory managers, staff, and police officials attended the event, fostering a culture of caution on roads.
