ఏలకవ్య మోడల్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ పాఠశాలల ఆధ్వర్యంలో సాంస్కృతిక, సాహిత్య ఉత్సవాలను పకడ్బందీగా నిర్వహించేందుకు గిరిజన సంక్షేమ శాఖ సన్నద్ధమయింది. గిరిజన విద్యార్థులలో దాగి ఉన్న ప్రతిభను వెలికితీయడంతో పాటు వారిలో జాతీయ సమైక్యతను ప్రోత్సహించడమే లక్ష్యంగా రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వం డిసెంబర్ 3,4,5 తేదీల్లో నిర్వహించడానికి సమాయత్తమవుతోంది. రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని అమరావతి సమీపంలోని కేఎల్ యూనివర్శిటీలో ఈ ఉత్సవాలు నిర్వహించడానికి ఆమోదించడం జరిగింది.
ఉద్భవ్ -2025 పేరుతో నిర్వహించనున్న ఈ సాంస్కృతిక, సాహిత్య ఉత్సవాలలో ప్రతిభ చాటేందుకు 22 రాష్ట్రాలకు చెందిన 405 ఏకలవ్య మోడల్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ స్కూల్స్ నుంచి 1644 మంది విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొననున్నారు.
విద్యార్థులతో పాటు ఆయా రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి ఉన్నతాధికారులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, సంరక్షకులు, కంటింజెంట్ మేనేజర్స్ మరో 278 మంది హాజరవుతున్నారు. దేశంలోని సాంస్కృతిక, కళా వైవిద్యం మరియు గిరిజనుల జీవిత ముఖచిత్రాలను ప్రతిబింబించే సంగీతం, సాహిత్యం, నృత్యం, థియేటర్ ఆర్ట్స్ వంటి సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలకు పెద్దపీట వేయనుంది.
పోటీల నిర్వహణ, పర్యవేక్షణ, ఆహ్వాన, ఆతిథ్య, పురస్కార ప్రదానం , సాంస్కృతిక, ప్రోటోకాల్, నమోదు, రవాణా, ప్రచార బాధ్యతల కోసం ప్రత్యేక కమిటీలను ఏర్పాటు చేసి ఉత్సవాలను పకడ్బందీగా నిర్వహించేందుకు వెలగపూడి సచివాలయంలో గిరిజన సంక్షేమ శాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలో సన్నాహకాల వివరాలను మంత్రి గుమ్మిడి సంధ్యారాణి .. గిరిజన సంక్షేమ శాఖ డైరెక్టర్ సదాభార్గవి, గురుకులం కార్యదర్శి ఎం. గౌతమి, ఇతర ఉన్నతాధికారులతో కలిసి విలేఖరుల సమావేశంలో వివరించారు.
ఏపీలో తొలిసారిగా గిరిజన చిన్నారులకు సాంస్కృతిక ఉత్సవాలు నిర్వహిస్తుండటంతో ఎంతో సంతోషంగా ఉందని.. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న 405 ఈఎంఆర్ఎస్ స్కూళ్లు ఈ ఉత్సవాల్లో పాల్గొంటుండగా.. రాష్ట్రం నుంచి 28 పాఠశాలల నుంచి 110 మంది గిరిజన చిన్నారులు ప్రతిభ చూపేందుకు సిద్ధమైనట్లు ఆమె వెల్లడించారు.
ఉద్భవ్-2025లో పాల్గొనేందుకు వచ్చే వారికి సదుపాయాల్లో లోటుపాట్లు తలెత్తకుండా రవాణా, వసతి, భోజన ఏర్పాట్లు ఉండాలని ఆమె అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. గిరిజన చిన్నారుల సృజనాత్మకతను వెలికితీయడంతో పాటు వారిలో నెలకొన్న భయం, బిడియం పోగొట్టి ప్రతిభను చాటే ఓ మంచి వేదికను కల్పించాలన్నదే ఈ ఉత్సవాల ధ్యేయమని తెలిపారు.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఆదేశాలను అనుసరించి ఆయన సూచనలతో ముందుకు వెళ్తున్నామని.. గిరిజన సంస్కృతి, సంప్రదాయం, సాహిత్యానికి గుర్తింపునిచ్చేలా ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహిస్తామన్నారు. విద్యార్థులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, అధికారుల సమన్వయంతో విజయవంతం చేస్తామని మంత్రి సంధ్యరాణి స్పష్టం చేశారు.
గిరిజన విద్యార్థుల్లో జాతీయ సమైక్యతను, సామాజిక చైతన్యాన్ని పెంపొందించడంతో పాటు సంస్కృతి, సాంప్రదాయాలు, కళలపట్ల వారిని ప్రోత్సహించడానికి ఇలాంటి పోటీలు ఎంతగానే దోహదపడతాయని ఆమె అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పేరు ప్రతిష్టలను జాతీయ స్థాయంలో ఇనుమడింపజేసేలా పోటీలను నిర్వహిస్తామని ఆమె తెలిపారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఉద్భవ్-2025 పోస్టర్, లోగోను మంత్రి ఆవిష్కరించారు.

Andhra Pradesh Hosts First Tribal Students’ Cultural Fest ‘Udbhav-2025’
In a pioneering initiative, the Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Department and the Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (Gurukulam) are set to host a three-day national-level cultural and literary festival for tribal students titled Udbhav-2025. This marks the first time such a large-scale event is being organized in the state exclusively for tribal students.
Scheduled for December 3 to 5, the festival will take place at KL University near Amaravati. Over 1,644 students from 405 Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) across 22 states will participate, along with 278 officials, teachers, guardians, and contingent managers. The event aims to highlight India’s rich tribal cultural diversity through music, dance, theatre, literature, and folk art.
Tribal Welfare
Minister Gummadi Sandhya Rani reviewed the preparations in a meeting held at the Velagapudi Secretariat with department officials, including Tribal Welfare Director Sada Bhargavi and Gurukulam Secretary M. Gouthami. Committees have been formed to oversee hospitality, accommodation, transportation, protocol, publicity, competitions, and prize distribution to ensure smooth organization.
Minister Sandhya Rani said the festival’s goal is to provide a national platform for tribal children to express their creativity, overcome inhibitions, and showcase their hidden talents. From Andhra Pradesh alone, 110 students representing 28 EMRS schools will perform.
Following the directives of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, the event seeks to celebrate tribal culture, traditions, and literature while fostering national integration and social awareness among students. The Minister unveiled the Udbhav-2025 poster and logo, expressing confidence that the festival will enhance Andhra Pradesh’s reputation at the national level and strengthen unity through culture.
