CM emphasized that the flood damage in both Telugu states should be viewed equally.CM informed the Union Minister that certain districts received up to 40 cm of rainfall in a single day.CM requested that the guidelines for the release of NDRF funds to states be relaxed.Union Minister Shivraj Singh clarified that during times of disasters, aid to people should be provided without any political or party affiliations.
