In Jangareddigudem town of Eluru district, a special drive on helmet usage began on Monday.
Jangareddygudem DSP Ravi Chandra and RTO Madani reviewed the initiative with transport and police officials at the DSP office.
They emphasized that two-wheeler riders must wear helmets and car drivers must use seat belts, warning that violating these rules will result in a ₹1000 fine. Vehicle owners must follow traffic rules.
